1. Eligibility
This contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older attending the show. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Smartleads USA, Kaleidoscope Services, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter
To enter, complete the registration for the show through the official event page, opt in to participate in the giveaway by providing your contact information, and answer the required contest questions. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary.

3. Entry Period
The contest will be open for entries from 12:00 am EST on October 23, 2025, until 10 am EST on October 25, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize
One winner will receive a Bose speaker, valued at approximately $150. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Smartleads USA and Kaleidoscope Services reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries that correctly answer the contest questions. The winner will be notified via phone on October 25, 2025, after the conclusion of the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting. The winner must be in attendance at the show to win. If the selected winner does not respond within 30 minutes, another winner may be chosen.

6. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials related to the giveaway without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
Smartleads USA and Kaleidoscope Services are not responsible for any technical issues or errors in the registration process. By participating, entrants release Smartleads USA and Kaleidoscope Services from any liability arising from the contest or the prize awarded.

8. Privacy and Communications
Personal information collected during the registration process will be used to administer the contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to administer the contest. By entering, you agree that Smartleads USA and Kaleidoscope Services may contact you to offer or solicit their services.

9. General Conditions
Smartleads USA and Kaleidoscope Services reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the contest, as determined in their sole discretion.

10. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

The winner must be in attendance at the show to win. If the selected winner does not respond within 15 minutes, another winner may be chosen.
